Description:

The project will redevelop and replace the McBryde Quadrangle and expand the Honors College Residence Hall. A new larger building on the McBryde site will construct approximately 820 beds with extensive student support spaces. The Honors College site has green space that has been planned for a third wing expansion to provide approximately 180 beds. The project will include sitework and subsurface utility/energy infrastructure upgrades.
