The publish process no longer allowed me to correct "Allow Electronic Response" so had to do this as an ammendment.
Also, because I was publishing 9/22 rather than waiting for 9/24, I updated that the RFP could be requested from carmen 'on or after 9/24/25' so she doesn't get requests she can't yet fulfill. Header 1. Allow Electronic Response changed from "Yes" to "No". 2. Bulletin Desc changed from "RFP Documents can be requested by sending an email to Carmen Weakland at carmenw@clackcokids.org, subject line to include MEADOWLARK RFP 2025-001.
