The Contractor will operate a remote bale tracking program for Oregons Recycling Modernization Act, deploying trackers into Oregons waste stream, mapping their trajectories, and synthesizing of summarized information on the findings of the tracking program into two annual reports to DEQ. The Contractor will also conduct research into non-US end market and other downstream locations that process US and/or Oregons waste, both general and focused on locations detected through tracking, and will share findings of this research with DEQ.
