This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation number N6817126QT016 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide ship towing services in support of Port Operations at Naval Station (NAVSTA), Rota, Spain.
