The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of proposals from consultants for services related to the design and construction of the Solar Photovoltaic System project.

A mandatory Pre-Bid conference for bidders will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Danbury Public Works Complex, 53 Newtown Road, Building #3, Danbury, CT. Bids from contractors who did not attend this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will not be considered.
Interested firms are requested to submit Three (3) original hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (PDF format on thumb drive) of qualification packages and proposals and requested information to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810 during normal office hours by no later than 10:00 AM on May 19, 2025.
