The scope of work includes demolition, new architectural construction, updated finishes, modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire alarm and suppression system upgrades, data cabling installation, security infrastructure improvements, and hazardous material abatement. This renovation project is located at 100 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
The project has a contract completion period of 210 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a negotiated procurement based on best value.
