The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified inspection companies to complete a limited number of Housing Quality Standards/Massachusetts Sanitary Code Inspections for units contracted under the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Lowell Rental Assistance Program and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Measurement of services to be performed requires qualitative and historic review.
