Selected providers will be required to implement these services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which include, but are not limited to, the C.F.R., HUD requirements as defined in the applicable federal register notices, and any specific requirements properly imposed by DOLA. Services will be defined more specifically in issued task orders. DOLA does not guarantee any amount of funds or Work under the Contract. |
1) DOLA received a large volume of questions prompting us to push back the Deadline for submissions.
2) in response to the questions, DOLA will amend the RFQ and provide the Answers no later that Friday October 9th.
3) The new Deadline is for submission is October 16th, at 5pm (MT).
