Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory, but highly encouraged pre-bid meeting is schedule for 12:00 pm on Monday, March 23, 2026. The meeting will start at 210 E 13 ^th Street, Vancouver WA 98660, attendees shall meet on the Southwest corner of the building. The meeting will proceed to the Public Service Center and Dolle Building. There is only metered street parking available.
