Driver Education Services

The Board of Education of Horizon School Division No.205 as represented by Human Resources, is requesting Proposals for the provision of Driver Education Services program (see Appendices D, E & F) in accordance with conditions stated herein.

The intent of the RFP is to select multiple driver education providers to deliver the service to the students of Horizon School Division.

Through this Request for Proposal Horizon School Division seeks to:

Select the successful Proponent(s)
To ensure a continuous Driver Education Program for students in the Horizon School Division school system in compliance with the Saskatchewan Education Act and Saskatchewan Government Insurance guidelines
Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract
Determine the costs

The term of Contract shall commence on September 1, 2026, and shall remain in effect until August 31, 2029, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. Horizon School Division reserves the right to extend the Contract for two (2) additional consecutive years, for a maximum potential Contract period of five (5) years, or re-tender the commodity. Pricing for the potential extension years, must be included in the Proposal submissions.
