Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Magnolia Plumbing for the continuation of wastewater deliveries under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
