Project Description: The City of Dallas Sanitation Services Department seeks statements of qualifications (SOQ) to
establish a three (3) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement
with (2) one-year renewal options for engineering and environmental services firms to provide
hydro-geological, groundwater monitoring, and related services for its disposal division facilities
(McCommas Bluff Sanitary Landfill and three transfer stations). The City will request proposals
from the firm(s) it deems most qualified. SOQ shall address all services listed in this request for
qualifications (RFQ), in accordance with the below definitions.
