Project Description: The Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency has released an $8M Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable housing developments located within Salt Lake City. $2.4M of the $8M in funds are dedicated for deeply affordable units for households earning less than 30% of the area median income. These funds are offered as low cost gap financing loans. Details can be found within the FY2025-2026 Housing Development Loan Program Guidelines and Application Handbook. Applications will be accepted through electronic submission as provided in the guidelines.
