This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name or Equal Dental Clinic Activation Equipment at a firm fixed price Bay Pines Veteran Affairs Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744.
The specific requirements include providing services to several Cooling Towers and Boiler Plants:
System 1: Bay Pines Plant 1 Cooling Tower and Chilled Loop + Campus Reheat Loops
System 2: Bay Pines Plant 2 Cooling Tower and Chilled Loop
System 3: Bay Pines Boiler Plant
System 4: Lee County Cooling Tower (Marley Model NC8405LN)
System 5: Lee County Three (3) Trane Chillers (CVHE0450)
System 6: Lee County Three (3) Boilers (LAARS Boilers - Model MGH2500)

RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code
- Capabilities Statement - including whether all items are on existing government contract
- Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address
- Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If applicable)
- Informal estimate
Responses are due to Angel Garay at angel.garay@va.gov by 13:00 PM EST on , Apr 08, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
