INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on May 13, 2026, in the office
of LUESA’s Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services, 2145 Suttle Avenue,
Charlotte, NC 28208 for the construction of the Kings Branch at Arrowood
Road – Phase 2A Stream Restoration Project at which time and place all
properly submitted Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Fourth Floor,
Hoffman Conference Room.
Bid, performance, and payment & material bonds are required. NC law and
applicable regulations of various licensing boards will be observed. This project
will rehabilitate approximately 1,600 linear feet of Kings Branch and its riparian
corridor. Work includes stream grading, installing rock and wood habitat and
stabilization structures, erosion control measures, and riparian vegetation.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 23, 2026, at 2:30
PM in the Fourth Floor, Hoffman Conference Room at the Charlotte-
Mecklenburg Storm Water Services office building located at 2145 Suttle
Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28208
