Solicitation Description:

This specification describes custodial services to be performed at the State Finance Commission building located at 2601 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas and at lease space located at 2520 Longview. The State Finance Commission (SFC) building has an estimated 32,000 square feet, and will be serving the needs of three agencies; Texas Department of Banking (DOB), Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (TDSML) and the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC). The lease space at 2520 Longview (Suite 407/408 only) will be serving the needs of the DOB. The contract will be managed at the direction of the DOB Administrative Services.
