Pool Maintenance Services 2026-2027

The Town of Weston, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, is accepting quotations until 2:00PM on May 21, 2026, by email to the Recreation Director, Chris Fitzgerald, at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , for a one-year contract for Pool Maintenance Services including  providing supplies and service of the permanent equipment and facility necessary for normal operation of the Memorial Pool, located at 6 Alphabet Lane in Weston, MA, and other Town operated pool facilities as necessary.

All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including G.L. c.30 §39M, as amended.  Site visits to Memorial Pool and other Town pool facilities will be made available upon request.

The request for quotes including the scope of services, specifications, and required bid form documents are attached.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a labor and materials payment bond issued by a company authorized to do business in Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Awarding Authority, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Amount, if the total contract amount is greater than $25,000.

Bids shall be made on the basis of the Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule as determined by the Department of Labor Standards, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Section 26 o 27D inclusive, of the General Laws.

The Town reserves the right to reject any bid or portion of a bid, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract by items or in total to the responsible and eligible bidder who offers the lowest price as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
