Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified Contractor to repair and resurface six tennis courts located at the City Park Tennis Courts at 10996 South Redwood Road in South Jordan City. The work will need to be completed before September 30, 2025.
The City estimates the potential Contractor will need to patch cracks and low areas as needed, apply an acrylic resurfacing product, and apply court paint product and court striping. The amount of patch and crack seal required will be estimated and provided by the contractor as part of this bid. The acrylic resurfacing product will be applied with a minimum of two (2) coats. Court paint will be applied in a US Open blue and green two-tone color scheme for the tennis courts, each base color being applied in a minimum of two (2) coats. Work must be completed by September 30, 2025.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Contractor must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in court resurfacing. Please include references or projects that reflect this experience.
2. Contractor must submit three (3) previous jobs of similar size and scope. Include project owner’s name and contact information such as email address and phone number.
3. Contractor must submit relevant business licenses.
4. Contractor must submit written warranty that they warrant all equipment, materials, and labor furnished or performed will be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from date of acceptance. Warranty also includes the specified resurfacing product (or acceptable substitution) manufacturer’s warranty.
