Separate sealed bids for the demolition/clearance of two (2) houses and the provision/installation of two (2) State Building Code modular houses will be received in the Board Room at the Princeville Town Hall, 201 S. Main Street, Princeville, NC 27886 on Wednesday June 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for 2 demolition & clearance and at 11:00 a.m. for 2 State Building Code modular houses, then be publicly opened and read aloud.
