Description:

Cosumnes Community Services District invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of Unity Park in Elk Grove, CA.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of a new park, including but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, grading, storm drainage, irrigation and potable water utilities, planting, electrical, and installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, concrete seat walls, pavement striping, decomposed granite, site furnishings, play equipment, fitness equipment, water play equipment, sports equipment, shade structures, lighting, and other appurtenances.

The estimated construction cost is $3,000,000
