The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii intends to solicit and sole source award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for cable television and commercial Internet subscription services in support of US Army Installations and service locations to Time Warner Cable Enterprises LLC. (dba Spectrum). Current locations serviced include but may not be limited to Fort Shafter, Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Air Field, and Tripler Army Medical Center on the Island of Oahu. BPA period of performance will be from 1 May 2025 to 30 Apr 2030.
This requirement is to provide cable television programming with Command Channel (on-installation channel(s) for use by the installation), may include housing units in accordance with applicable United States Army and local regulations. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and supervision necessary to install, maintain, repair, equipment pertinent to providing cable television (CATV) programming and commercial internet services.
Potential sources must submit their capabilities in writing. The Capabilities Statement shall contain the Company's experience providing CATV and internet services within the past three years, unique capabilities and resources, and the Company's size status under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers. Responses should be submitted via email by 8 April 2025, 2:00pm Hawaii Time.
