The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for an exclusive beverage contract at the Davenport Parks & Recreation Facilities. This is a one-year contract beginning April 1, 2026, with four possible one-year renewals.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
