SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) DHSS-FY25-0020-SL: Training, Education, Assistance, Mentorship and Support Infection Control

The vendor is the sole owner of the Training, Education, Assistance, Mentorship and Support Infection Control (TEAMS) tool that was funding by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help prevent infectious diseases in schools. The TEAMS tool is used to assess school health policies and practices within the K-12 schools to create a better response to infectious disease outbreaks and ultimately keep children in the school setting more. The TEAMS tool was implemented in Missouri schools last contract period, this contract will maintain and build upon what has been implemented in Missouri schools already.
