The Library of Congress (LOC) requires maintenance and repair services for the existing book theft detectors throughout the LOC Capitol Hill campus buildings (John Adams, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson) in Washington, DC.



Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted via email to David Leonard at dleonard@loc.gov and Abby Schultz at aschultz@loc.gov no later than November 7, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. The Library will provide answers to questions of a substantive nature to all offerors. The Library will not guarantee answers to questions received after the required question submittal date/time.





Quotes are due no later than November 14, 2025 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time and must be submitted via email to David Leonard and Abby Schultz.





Please note, any quotes received after the due date and time may not be considered.



This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or commitment of any kind.



The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested quote documentation.
