The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain responses from responsible companies that have the experience, capability, and resources to provide effective and timely recycling services to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) and offices throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. This solicitation intends to cover the collection, hauling, and disposal of recyclable materials from approximately 245 locations, including schools, offices, and facilities as described herein.
