This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Webex Licensing & Implementation Services as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).
The City of Medicine Hat is undertaking a transition from its current on-premises Unified Communications Manager (UCM) system to Cisco Webex Calling in the cloud. Presently, the City is conducting a Proof of Concept (POC) with up to 50 clients participating.
