TOW 2026-15 - COMMISSIONING SERVICES - HIGHCREST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The Town of Wethersfield intends to engage a commissioning firm to provide full commissioning services for the Highcrest Elementary School. The specific requirements of each task and required deliverables are included within this RFQ. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities, including conceptual design services. Successful experience with the State of Connecticut Office of Grants Administration Process is required. Qualified firms are required to submit their Proposal in accordance with the solicitation package requirements.
