Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, Monday, May 11, 2026, for the Las Animas Park Pickleball Courts, Project No. 26-PW-305. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM.
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct six pickleball courts at Las Animas Veterans Park, including demolition and site preparation, grading, construction of six pickleball courts, concrete work, paving, striping and signage, fencing and gates, storm drainage system, stormwater treatment facility, water and irrigation system, lighting and associated electrical system, site furnishings, landscaping, and other minor site improvements, as indicated in the Plans and Specifications.
Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. The City of Gilroy will not be responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries made to a location other than that specified above. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project title, project number, bidder’s name, and time and date of the bid opening. Electronic copies of the bid documents are available at
