Project Description: Salt Lake County (County) on behalf of its Mayor’s Office and Facilities Management Division is requesting qualifications for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc or Proposer) for the design and construction administration of the Salt Palace Convention Center (SPCC) re-build/remodel with a significant portion of the Salt Palace remaining operational, Abravanel Hall (AH) back of house re-build, and the Visual Art Building/Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) re-build, and all associated demolition (the “Project”).
