| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
UNCW continues to exceed its current housing capacity and our inventory review indicates the need for additional, on-campus housing. The project concept is a new, approximately 120,000SF residence hall with approximately 540 beds and will include related community spaces and mechanical yard. The project is on an accelerated timeline with anticipated opening to students for occupancy by fall of 2027. The commissioning scope incorporates the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and building envelope systems with a total project budget of $71M.
