| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
UNCW seeks statements of qualifications for special inspections & material testing. The project concept is a new, approximately 120,000SF residence hall with approximately 540 beds and will include related community spaces and mechanical yard. The project is on an accelerated timeline with anticipated opening to students for occupancy by fall of 2027. Services shall be provided as defined by the latest State Construction Office manual, guidelines and checklists.
