Notice is hereby given that City of Stillwater/Stillwater Utilities Authority will receive sealed bids for the following: Bid #8-2026 Strickland Park Concession and Restroom Remodel
Bids will be received via our online portal until 3:00 pm , Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Mailed, emailed, and faxed bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 pm and read aloud by the City Clerk at the Municipal Building, Conference Room 1112 B, 723 South Lewis, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit: Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference on Wednesday April 22, at 9:00 AM. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, Strickland Park Concession Stand 313 North Main Street, Stillwater OK.
In order to view the bid documents and/or submit a bid, interested contractors must register under “Supplier Registration” with the City’s online portal:
