TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD VENDORS MUST SUBMIT DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF YOUR OFFER IF NOT OFFERING EXACT MATCH. AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT OFFERS WILL BE GIVEN PRICE PRFERENCE IF PRICE IS DEEMED REASONABLE.
