Request for Proposal

The MD of Bighorn Emergency Services invites proposals from qualified fire
apparatus manufacturers for the supply and delivery of a new frontline 3000 IG (3600 USG) Firefighting Water Tender.

The Proposal shall be in Canadian Dollars and shall include all applicable taxes, including but not limited to custom duties, delivery charges and all other taxes on labour, services, and equipment. Only complete submissions will be accepted. Partial submissions will not be considered. Submissions may be revised by written amendment, delivered to the location set out for delivery of submissions, before the Closing Date. The closing date for this RFP will be 1200 hrs on March 21, 2025.

Although the MD of Bighorn fully intends at this time to proceed with the purchase described in the Request for Proposals the MD of Bighorn is under no obligation to proceed with the purchase. The receipt by the MD of Bighorn of any information (including submissions, ideas, plans, drawings, models or other materials communicated or exhibited by any intended proponent, or on their behalf) shall not impose any obligations on the MD of Bighorn. There is no guarantee by the MD of Bighorn, its officers, employees or agents, that the process initiated by the issuance of this Request for Proposals will continue, or that this process will result in a purchase by the MD of Bighorn.
The lowest bid will not guarantee being awarded the RFP.
