The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for the 2025 Micro-surfacing Program.
The Respondent will be responsible for all aspects of work including, but not limited to:
Asphalt surface preparation including pulling any loose rubberized crack filling material, high pressure air cleaning of cracks, scratch coating, rut-filling and crack filling by micro-surfacing where required, removal of existing thermoplastic pavement markings, and street sweeping.
Supply and installation of approximately 104,000 sq.m. type III micro-surfacing material.
Supply and installation of approximately 1000 sq.m. of fog coating on roadway shoulders.
Installation of temporary line markings.
Supply and installation of permanent painted and thermoplastic line markings.
The City, in its sole discretion, may agree to extend the original term for one additional year. New schedules shall be established for the extension year.
