The City of Clermont is seeking quotes from qualified respondents to provide exterior painting of a two-story, 8,000 sq. ft. metal facility at 400 12th Street, which will house the Fire Department's Prevention and Training Divisions. The scope includes surface cleaning, rust treatment, priming, and finish coating using a high-performance Direct-To-Metal (DTM) system. Work also involves caulking and sealing seams, repainting safety bollards and curbing, and applying designated color schemes: light neutral grey for the building, dark grey for trim and east-facing bay doors, and fire engine red for west-facing bay doors.
