T he City o f Ponti ac requires a range of printing and mailing services, including but not lim ited to brochures, newsletters, and bulk mailings. To ensure these services are delivered efficiently and at competitive prices, we propose to establish master agreements with multiple vendors. This approach will streamline our procurement process and ensure timely and cost-effective services for various departments.
The City requires a contracting vehicle(s) that will allow the City to source printing and mailing needs as needs arise without impeding the speed from identification of need to delivery of the printed items. This program will establish multiple agreements with not to exceed amounts that are approved by the City, to allow for an agile procurement process. This will allow for the demands for print and mail services to met in an efficient manner. For a detailed description of the services, please see the scope of work sections in this RFP.
This Request for Proposal will establish multiple master agreements to allow the City of Pontiac to streamline the procurement process for printing and mailing services.
