Deschutes County will receive proposals for On-Call Architectural and Engineering Services to select a single architectural/engineering (A/E) firm to provide on-call professional services for County building and facility projects on a task-order basis. Services are expected to span the full range of A/E work for public facilities, including architectural design, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, and landscape design, together with planning and feasibility studies, facilities condition assessments, cost estimating, permitting support, and construction administration. Individual task orders will define the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and fee for each assignment. Much of the work will relate to occupied County facilities, including secure facilities (detention/law enforcement) and health-services spaces; the selected firm must be able to design for occupied-facility conditions and phased construction.

Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory. Proposals submitted by firms that did not attend the pre-proposal meeting will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
