MassDevelopment accepting sealed bids for the Hospital Hill Development, LLC, Basin #5 Berm Maintenance project in Northampton, MA no later than 2 p.m. Thursday June 25, 2026, at the Offices of MassDevelopment, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Work includes clearing & grubbing, installation of a Low Permeability Core, restoring top of berm to original elevation and associated grading and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
