APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The primary objective is to replace the current manual timecard process to improve efficiency, reduce payroll delays, and mitigate risks caused by reliance on a single point of contact. The system will support about 100 employees.
Scope: The contractor will design, develop, configure, and deploy an automated Time and Attendance system. Tasks include:
· Designing a workflow that enables individual timecard processing and tracking
· Building or customizing a platform to automate timecard submissions, reviews, and approvals
· Ensuring role-based access for multiple HR specialists
· Implementing a notification system for discrepancies or delays
· Providing training for HR staff and end users
· Contractor must comply with DoD IT security policies
· Contractor must coordinate with local HR teams and ARSOUTH IT staff
· All data must be stored and processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws
· Language support may be required (English/Spanish)
