Project Description: The Town of Barnstable Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW) hereby requests the submittal of proposals from qualified firms (or individuals) to provide professional services for Resident Inspection Services for Various Construction Projects for the Hyannis Water System. This Contract is for 3-year term, price not to exceed $95,000 per year. Contract will be awarded within 60 days or less and proposal is to remain valid for three years or until the Town terminates it, whichever comes first. Continuation of this contract beyond fiscal year 2026 is subject to the annual appropriation of funds for these services.
