Hall, Public Works Department, 3211 Rena Street, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868 until 2:00 P.M. local time

on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the

following project:

Qualifications:
For bid qualifications, Bidders must obtain Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents at the office of
CDM Smith, 1100 Marion Street Suite 300, Knoxville, TN 37921, telephone 865-963-4300, at a nonrefundable
cost of $100.00. The Plans, Instruction to Bidders, Bid Form and proposed Contract
Documents will be available at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Plans may be examined at the
Knoxville Builders Exchange (300 Clark St. Knoxville, TN 37921).
Miscellaneous:
Each bid must be submitted on printed forms provided in the Bid Documents along with a completed
printed copy of the Bid Documents, and either accompanied by a Bid Bond properly executed on the form
provided or a Certified Check or Cashiers Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount
of 5% of the Total Bid Price.

Westside Connector Phase 1A
in the City of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Grading, Drainage, Curb & Gutter, Paving, Signs,
Striping, Traffic Signal.
Bid documents will be issued until the time set for opening bids.
The Prime Contractor and all subcontractors must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in
accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the “Tennessee Code Annotated” and Tennessee Department of
Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The
governing body of the City of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if
said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of Pigeon Forge. For additional
