Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purposes of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated for providing information in response to this synopsis or on any follow up information. No solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) will use information obtained through this synopsis as well as other market research to develop an acquisition strategy.

Summary:
The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation and award of one firm fixed price contract. The work under this contract is expected to include, but is not limited to the following:
The Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge (WMWR) needs three (3) standard and one (1) ADA tiny home unit(s). Each unit will consist of a single bedroom / single bath home of approximately 682 square feet for the ADA unit and 510 square feet for each of the standard units. Selected vendor must include delivery, setup and installation of Air conditioning units and skirting. A seven (7) year minimum Home Guard Protection Plan must also be included. Due to warranty and to avoid escalated delivery fees and service charges, Vendor must be located within a 250-mile radius of the Refuge in order to facilitate delivery, as well as response / warranty issues.
Period of performance/delivery to be 90 days from date of contract award.

The primary NAICS code for this acquisition will be 321991 - Manufactured Home (Mobile Home) Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250.
