- Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, roll-on/roll-off vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the needs of the government have been met) with 20 feet or more stern quarter ramp door and deck, capable of carrying a portion of 269,114 square feet of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk).
- Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is at Charterer’s option (Intentions: Gdansk Poland or Bremerhaven, Germany); and the place/range of redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA). The layday commences and cancels 25 November 2025, and the charter period is about 25 days for each charter.
- Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
