Project Description: Charleston County is seeking qualifications from Offerors experienced in the siting and permitting of a landfill acquisition or properties of similar magnitude and impact. The primary objective of the project is to select a suitable solid waste landfill site through a process that is both comprehensive and defensible. The site selection process and ultimately, selected site must be acceptable to the Charleston County Environmental Management Department and Charleston County Council.
