Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage one or more qualified firms to provide professional services required to program, design and prepare construction documents for the permitting and construction of a solid waste transfer station to be sited and constructed on existing County-owned property. The project shall consist of a transfer/tipping building, scale house, administration/office building, site traffic circulation, queueing and parking along with all stormwater management, a hazardous waste collection center, recycling drop-off station and storage building. The proposed location of the work will be at the existing Bass Road Landfill site located at 750 S. Bass Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746, tax parcel ID’s 25-25-28-0000-0070-0000 and 25-25-28-0000-0080-0000, owned by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY).
