The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined only one source, Mod Comm LLC, can provide the department with replacing the existing system with an updated system because it is determined that supplies are proprietary and only available from a single distributor and be completed in a limited period of time between December 7th through 18th. The contract period shall commence from Notice of Award through June 30, 2026, with two (2) one-year optional renewal periods. If you have any questions, please contact Logan Wilbers via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov.
