ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed separate bids for the construction of Hutchens Road - Lift Station No.1 Pumping Upgrades, to serve the City of Highfill will be received by the City of Highfill, Arkansas, until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 8, 2026 and at City Hall, 2560 W Hwy 12, Highfill, AR, publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract consists of the following:
• Lift Station Modifications & Pump Improvements
• Emergency Generator and New Concrete Slab
• Electrical and SCADA Upgrades
Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the City of Highfill office, 2560 W Hwy 12, Highfill, AR 72734.
Printed copies may be obtained at the office of Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 South Old Missouri Road, P.O. Box 282, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, Phone 479-751-8733, upon a non-refundable payment of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set. Digital copies may be obtained through QuestCDN or through www.engineeringservices.com upon a non-refundable payment of Forty dollars ($40.00).
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
