Place of Performance:
2 restrooms. The scope of the requirement requires the contractor to provide all
the labor, tools, materials, and transportation to dispose of existing restroom component
material, fabricate, deliver, and install restroom components for the restrooms at
Naval Base San Diego. Please review and complete all necessary attachments.
Questions Due Date and Submission Requirements: All questions must be received
before 30 April 2025 at 12:00 PM, Pacific Time. Questions must be uploaded on the
NAVWAR e-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.DC3N.navy.mil, under NIWC
Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/ N66001-25-Q-6185. Include RFQ# N66001-25-Q-6185 on
all inquiries. Questions may be addressed at the discretion of the Government.
RFQ Due Date and Submission Requirements: This RFQ closes on 5 May 2025 at 12:00
PM, Pacific Time. Quotes must be uploaded on the NAVWAR e-Commerce website at
