ADF&G SITKA OFFICE CARPET REPLACEMENT
Introduction:
The State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game, Procurement Office, is seeking information and interest
from potential contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing carpet at the ADF&G Sitka office
(3,982 sq ft usable carpet).
Background Information:
The State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game Sitka office building, is a leased building located at 304
Lake St #103, Sitka, AK 99835. With 3,982 sq ft of usable carpet needing to be replaced on the first floor of
the building. This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to determine if local contractors are
available and interested in participating in a potential competitive solicitation for this work, and to determine
a ballpark estimate for the overall project costs.
Response Information:
If you are a carpet company located in Sitka and are available and capable of providing the needed services,
please respond to this RFI by emailing, Dfg.contracting@alaska.gov, indicating you available and interested
in participating in a competitive solicitation for this work, and if possible, a range estimate for the potential
cost to complete this project.
Please note: This RFI does not extend any rights to prospective vendors or obligate the state to conduct a
solicitation or purchase any goods or services.

Notice to Vendors:
Pursuant to Administrative Order 352, (a) any person or business determined to support or participate in a
boycott of the State of Israel will be disqualified from any procurement related to this Request for
Information; and (b) the support of or participation in a boycott of the State of Israel by a person or
business contracting with the State of Alaska under AS 36.30 constitutes grounds for termination of the
contract.
Administrative Order 352 does not apply to a contract if the person or business has fewer than 10
employees; or the amount to be paid under the contract, excluding renewals and options available under
the contract, is less than $100,000.
